Suppose the Lessee and their Funding Investors and its subsidiaries' representatives have questions or concerns about issuing the outstanding Lessor's Commercial Invoice requesting verification. In that case, we are the independent third-party fiduciary, and all subject matter inquiries must be diverted to the Lessors' response in further action for resolution.
